HEROES: Musings of the Bohemian Kind
Under The Sun: A poem I wrote recently.
A world without borders, where wisdom guides and freedom reigns. Under the Sun is a dream of unity, where hearts beat as one and the soul knows no chains.
Call it idealistic, call it wild, but maybe, just maybe, it’s the truth we’ve been searching for all along.
जुगनी – Jugni – The Soul Song is a vibrant Hindi-Punjabi poem that I wrote and it traces the free-spirited journey of Jugni, the wandering soul. Dancing through life’s joys and sorrows, she questions, rebels, loves, and learns, but is never bound, never tamed… With a playful rhythm and deep reflections, this poem is a lyrical ode to the मुसाफ़िर – eternal traveler within us all.

1. Exploring why #heroes matter and how oriental philosophy redefines them. 🕉✨
Heroes propagated by religion and real-life heroes share profound parallels in Indian and Oriental philosophy, as both embody virtues that inspire humanity. Religious heroes like Rama, Krishna, or the Buddha represent archetypes of righteousness, selflessness, and inner awakening, while real-life figures such as Bhagat Singh, Mahatma Gandhi, and Swami Vivekananda echo these values through their actions.
Oriental philosophy redefines heroism not as external conquest but as mastery over one’s inner struggles, emphasizing compassion, wisdom, and universal welfare. Heroes matter because they serve as cultural and moral beacons, uniting communities, preserving values, and reminding us of our infinite potential to transform ourselves and society. 🕉✨

“We search the world for meaning, yet the answers lie within.”
Love unites. Greed divides.
We chase planets, yet forget our own.
Here’s a poem I wrote years ago – Ode to Humankind.
Let’s take a journey within.
